This summer, the sky will shine brighter than ever with the return of the Da Nang International Firework Festival (DIFF 2026). Since its debut in 2008, the Da Nang International Firework Festival has grown to become a prestigious tourism brand for the coastal city.

2026 marks a special turning point with the theme ‘Da Nang – United Horizons’ – the largest and longest Da Nang Firework season in history. Gathering 10 world-class teams competing from May 30 to July 11, 2026, the event promises to turn the poetic Han River into a stage of light and high-class art. This is the ideal time for tourists to visit and immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the Da Nang Firework Festival.

Da Nang International Firework Festival 2026 – Symphony of Lights by the Han River

The Da Nang International Firework Festival 2026 (DIFF 2026) will officially return, promising to turn Da Nang into a summer tourism hotspot with top-notch performances.

Unlike previous years, the Firework Festival 2026 will last from May 30 to July 11, 2026, with a grander scale, including 6 competition nights. With the participation of top fireworks teams from China, Italy, Germany, Portugal, France, Japan, Macau, Australia, and Vietnam (featuring two teams: Da Nang & Z21 Vina Pyrotech), this year’s DIFF will be a competition of light, music, and storytelling art.

Each night of the Da Nang International Firework Festival at the Han River Port will be a unique journey. Each team will have about 20-22 minutes to paint majestic light pictures, honouring the connection between nations.

Parallel to the spectacular displays of the Da Nang Firework Festival, a festive atmosphere will spread throughout the city. Bach Dang Street will be more vibrant than ever with street art performances, music, and dancing throughout the Da Nang Firework Festival season.
